Sugar, bleached enriched wheat flour (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid),cocoa (processed with alkali), dried egg whites, palm oil, emulsifier blend (propylene glycol monoesters,mono- and diglycerides, soy lecithin, citric acid), leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminumphosphate, monocalcium phosphate), Contains 2% or less of the following: nonfat dry milk, dried eggyolks, modified food starch, dextrose, salt, mono and diglycerides, artificial flavor, polysorbate 60,tetrasodium pyrophosphate, gum arabic, sodium propionate (preservative), calcium acetate, soy lecithin, guar gum, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate (preservative), red 40 (color).

The cake came out good, but why did it break after I icing it after about two hours, it broke in half before I could deliver it!! had to give the customer back their money! I was so ashamed!!! And why is the Red so dark? Not happy, won't be buying anymore cake mix. Don't like the quality of the finish product! Sorry!
